The connection between myallocator and Booking.com can only be controlled through your Booking.com extranet. Myallocator support team cannot disconnect your myallocator account from Booking.com on your behalf.
Until this process is completed by the property, Booking.com will continue to allow myallocator channel manager to control your property's rates and availability.
How to deactivate the connection
Login to your myallocator account
- Click on Channels
- Next to Booking.com channel, click on the green button 'Setup Completed'
- Click on 'Disable Channel'
Read the warning message carefully and click on OK to confirm
Rates and availability will stop updating. New bookings will not be imported to myallocator. Rooms are still bookable on the channel
Once you confirm, proceed with Booking.com Instructions below
Login to your Booking.com extranet
- Click on the 'Account' icon in the top right-hand corner
- Choose Connectivity Provider from the drop-down
- Click on Deactivate
