Anyplace is a new kind of rental listing platform: the only one focusing on longer-term stays to help property operators maintain full units that provide consistent monthly income. And it couldn’t be easier to get started. Their platform welcomes extended stay hotels, co-living, and furnished accommodations from around the globe. Anyplace owns the entire booking process from A-Z, from supporting the build of new listings to tenant screenings to customer support to payment collection.
Things you should know before you get started:
- All updates of rates and availability will be sent to Anyplace exclusively through the channel manager (myallocator). Manual entries for these parameters will no longer be possible on Anyplace's extranet;
- If you do not have an account with Anyplace, you can create an account directly in Myallocator Express feature (Step 1);
- Anyplace does not sync restrictions (MinLOS, MaxLOS, closed, closed for departure and arrival), those must be set directly in the channel's extranet.
How to connect Anyplace to myallocator
You can create an account in Anyplace through myallocator express feature. This option is available inside the channels connection by following the steps below.
Access your myallocator account and follow the next steps:
- Click on Manage
- Access Channels tab
- Click on Add channel and search by Anyplace
- Click on Not Setup button
- Click on Create new account on Anyplace
- Select Yes to the question "Would you like your inventory to be sent to the channel (...)?"
- Agree to the terms & conditions by clicking the side box
- Click on Create Anyplace Account
The creation of your account on Anyplace is complete on myallocator side. The details to move forward and to login to their partner central will be displayed as shown below
Anyplace Partnerships Team will reach out to the email provided after reviewing all details that need to be set up. Once reviewed and approved, your listings will be published on the channel.
Select/Enable myallocator as Channel Manager on Anyplace:
Login to your Anyplace Partner Dashboard
- Open the Connectivity tab under Organization menu
- Click on Add
- Select myallocator as your channel manager from the drop-down menu and submit
- The Channel Manager Username and Password for myallocator connection will be displayed in the table. In the next step 2, these credentials will be used in myallocator channels page to connect with Anyplace
Access your myallocator account and follow the next steps:
- Click on Manage
- Access Channels tab
- Click on Add channel and search by Anyplace
- Click on Not Setup button
- Click on I have an account on Anyplace
- Enter the Username and Password provided by Anyplace in Step 2
- Click on Next
- Map your rooms in myallocator with the corresponding rooms in Anyplace one-to-one (it is not possible to map multiple rooms to one single room)
- Click on Next

- Add Base Rate Adjustment for each room type if needed.
- Click NEXT when completed or if you want to skip this step.

The mapping is complete.
- Keep the box on this page checked and click on Back to Overview to perform a Full Refresh and send rates/availability from myallocator to Anyplace.
- This channel does not sync the restrictions or cancellation policy from myallocator, therefore, you need to configure these details directly in the channel's extranet.
- If you find any additional content that is not editable in the extranet , please note that the partnerships team will update/review it before your listings go live.
- If you created your account through Myallocator Express Feature, once you receive a confirmation that your property is fully set up and approved by Anyplace , be sure to review the room mapping in myallocator and send a full refresh to the channel in myallocator's availability page.
Choose your cancellation policy:
Open your Anyplace Partner Dashboard
- Open the Listings tab under Management menu
- Click on Review Booking Requirements
- Choose the booking requirements and your cancellation policy
- Save
Edit the restrictions:
- Back to the Listings page, click on the Edit button next to each listing
- Edit the Availability Settings:
- Length of stay (Minimum and Maximum)
- Advance notice for bookings
As of October/2021, Anyplace updated the minimum length of stay to 7 nights
- Scroll Down to Save
You need to edit the restrictions above for each listing. Once finished, the connection is complete.

- Credit Card details - the payments will be processed by Anyplace's payment gateway, not sent to myallocator

There could be multiple reasons why you'd like to stop sync between one listing only and not the full account. In this case, follow the steps below:
Open your Anyplace Partner Dashboard
- Open the Listings tab under Management menu
- Click on the Disconnect button next to the listing you want to interrupt the sync
This message will pop up to confirm the listing disconnection:
If for some reason you need to disconnect the whole Anyplace account from myallocator, follow the steps below:
Open your Anyplace Partner Dashboard
- Open the Listings tab under Management menu
- Click on Disconnect Property
- Go to myallocator channel's page
- Open Anyplace mapping
- Click on Disable channel
- The following message will pop up, click on OK to complete the process
The disconnection between myallocator and Anyplace will be completed.
