Who to contact:

While we're always happy to help, here's a list of the most effective support teams to contact to ensure an issue will be resolved quickly. 

  • If there is an issue that involves your PMS and myallocator: Please send a ticket to both support teams.
  • If availability is not showing correctly in myallocator: Please ask your PMS support for help.
  • If bookings are not imported to your PMS: Contact myallocator support for help. 
  • If there is an issue with a channel: Contact both myallocator and your channel account manager.
