TripConnect/TripAdvisor cannot find my property. Why?



TripConnect downloads a list from us once a day with all properties that have BookNow enabled. They then use the details we transmit to them to match them to their own list of properties. If the details are too different they cannot match it.

To make sure the matching works go to the General Details page and enter as many details as possible on the second part of the page. Also make sure that BookNow is enabled. Once you have done this you need to wait 1-2 days to ensure TripConnect as picked up our property list again.
