While ReservationKey does not automatically send rates to myallocator, they do have an option to manually send rates to our system. One reason for this is that some clients wish to have different rates in myallocator than they have in ReservationKey. This allows for more control over your rates.
ReservationKey also plans a feature in the future where rates could be optionally selected to be sent automatically to myallocator when a change to a rate is made in ReservationKey.
To manually send rates to myallocator do the following in ReservationKey:
1. Go to the Settings tab, External Connections. Click Room/Unit Settings
2. Click to retrieve room/unit mapping
3. Click the button to Send Rates
