How to add and manage myallocator users


How to add, edit, manage, and change passwords for myallocator user accounts

In this article we will show you how to add, edit and manage users to your myallocator account and specify their account permissions (such as changing Availability & Rates, exporting bookings, etc.).

Login as the Master account


If you do not know the Master Account for your property, please contact your property's management team.  

If you are the owner of the property and do not know your login, please use the Password reset tool here:


Adding a New User

Click Manage


Add New User


Enter the user information and select Property Permissions for each Property

On this page, enter all of the details below.

  1. Username
  2. First Name
  3. Family Name
  4. Email
  5. Password
  6. Confirm Password
  7. For each property that you have, please check the box next to each permission that you want the user to have.
    • If you only want the user account to have access to one property for example, you would only select the boxes under the property you want them to access and so on.
  8. Click Add

Managing, Editing, or changing the password to an Existing User Account

Click Manage


View/Change Users


To edit a user, click the Pencil Icon


Choose the information you want to Edit and click Update

Here, you can edit the following information:

  • First Name
  • Family Name
  • Email
  • Password
  • Property Permissions

Note: usernames can never be changed in myallocator due to database limitations.


To change the information for your user account (such as the Password) just choose Your User
