If a channel password changes do I need to change it in MyAllocator?

 

Answer:

Myallocator needs  your extranet login credentials to connect to some channels. For these channels it's important to keep your login credentials up to date.

Otherwise you will not have access to the Channel setup menu and for some channels availability might not sync automatically or bookings will not get imported.

This error message often indicates that login credentials are in fact not correct:
