How do I setup Laterooms to forward bookings to myallocator (Laterooms Emails)?

To download bookings for Laterooms (needed for the automatic adjustment) you need to change your confirmation email address on Laterooms to the address we provide you during the Laterooms channel setup process.  Here are the steps to complete this setup properly.

Step 1: Complete the Laterooms channel setup in myallocator

Step 2: Copy the email address we provide to your computer clipboard

1.  Highlight the email address with your mouse.

2.  Click CTRL + C simultaneously

Step 3: Login to your Laterooms Extranet

Step 4: Click the property that you need to update

Step 4: Click the property that you need to update

Step 5: Click Hostel Information then Reservations

Step 6: Paste the email address that myallocator provided into the Reservations Email field

Step 7: Scroll to the bottom, then click Save & Continue

Step 8: Set your default language to English (IMPORTANT)

Note:  In order for us to receive the emails and forward them to you correctly, you must choose the English language setting.  Choosing another language will prevent myallocator from parsing the emails correctly, and we won't be able to download your bookings.

Step 9: Start receiving bookings!

Once you have completed the steps above, future bookings will be forwarded to myallocator and will appear in your bookings page.

The Laterooms bookings will also be calculated when updating availability to all of your other channels.

Congratulations, you have now configured Laterooms to send bookings to myallocator!
