Background
Say you need to cancel a Hostelworld, TripAdvisor or BookNow booking.
NOTE: Only Hostelworld, TripAdvisor and BookNow allow you to cancel a booking directly within myallocator. All other channels require to you cancel the booking directly in the channel extranet.
Solution
- Go to the Bookings page
- Click on the Booking you wish to cancel
- Click cancel booking
- Enter a Reason
- Click CANCEL BOOKING
