Mybookings is Cloudbed's premium, commission-free booking engine for your website and Facebook page. It's extensively customizable, full-featured, and fully integrates with myallocator.
This article will walk you through the steps of connecting your MyBookings account with myallocator. If you're not currently subscribed to mybookings, you can request a demo here.
Don't already have a myallocator account?
Step 1: Log into myallocator by Cloudbeds
Step 2: Click on Manage and then Channels
Step 3: Click "Add Channel"
Step 4: Scroll down the list of available channels and click on "mybookings"
Step 5: Select whether you already have an existing MyBookings acount
Option 1: If you need to create an account:
Clicking "no" on the previous screen will take you to the MyBookings Channel Account Creation page. This feature is currently being developed for customer use, but for the moment please contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org and ask to have your myallocator account connected to a new mybookings account.
Included in the email, please provide your myallocator property name and specify whether you would you like your inventory to be sent to MyBookings after the connection is established. We highly recommend doing this as it will save you time and also help ensure the best possible connection.
Once our customer coach team authorizes MyBookings for you, you'll receive an automated message with further info
Click on "Setup My Password"
Set your password and click confirm.

Option 2: If you already have a MyBookings account, type in your Hotel ID and click Next
How do I find my hotel ID?
While we send it to you in your initial email, you can also find it in the URL of your account. In this example, it's 1303.
Map your rooms and proceed through the channel setup process
Step 6: Save Changes and Refresh your Myallocator Account
Note: Be sure to set your rates and availability before running a full-refresh.
- Click to go to the "Availability" screen
- Click Save
- Select "Save to myallocator and all channels"
- Click Send to push your rates and availability to all your channels, including MyBookings
