Below is the current state of the LateRooms integration:
Laterooms does not provide an API [Application Programming Interface] -- instead MyAllocator is responsible for receiving an email message and attempting to parse it.
In Feb/March of 2015 Laterooms, made significant changes to their email format that broke our integration. For several months we worked to remedy the situation and released a patch in May that accounted for the majority of the scenarios. Laterooms will shortly be releasing a true API that, when available, will be a top priority of ours to implement.
We are continuing to monitor the situation and make minor patches as necessary, but there may be some edge cases we can't account for until the API is ready.
In the meantime, we encourage all properties to use the text feature to be notified of any new reservations as a backup method. Per Laterooms: At the moment we can only offer SMS text message confirmations to properties with less than 25 rooms in the UK. If your property fits this criteria then you can find the option to choose to receive these confirmations in Hotel Information >Hotel Details > Reservations.
