Citybreak error:  Failed: 2082 Couldn't update availability, as there is no availabilibity control available

Problem:  Citybreak error:  Failed: 2082 Couldn't update availability, as there is no availabilibity control available

Cause: This is due to an incorrect setting on the Citybreak Extranet

Solution: Update the setting in the Citybreak Extranet as demonstrated below

Step 1: Login to the Citybreak Extranet with your property credentials

 

Step 2: Select BOENDE

  1. Click the + sign next to your property/listing
  2. Select  Tillgänglighetsperioder
  3. Click Lagg till period
 

Step 3: Update the Date and rooms

Change the date in the red circle to something in the distant future, such as:  2099-01-01
