How do myallocator and Bananadesk communicate?
1. Availability and rates - Availability and rates have to be set in Bananadesk. They are first sent to myallocator and then we send them to all channels that are properly connected.
2. MinLos and MaxLos - Bananadesk can't update myallocator with these restrictions.
3. Modifications and cancellations - When a booking is created on a connected channel it gets sent to myallocator and myallocator forwards it to Bananadesk. If a booking is modified or cancelled by guest on the channel - this is automatically processed to your PMS.
4. Credit card information - Bananadesk doesn't save credit card information. To look it up please to myallocator Bookings page, open a booking and click on Show Credit Card Information button.
To integrate and sync your existing Bananadesk account to your existing myallocator account please enter your myallocator login credentails (username and password) in Bananadesk. If you need any help with that please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
