The length of time for a booking to appear in myallocator can vary greatly.
In many cases, bookings will appear in our system within a minute or two. In other cases, it can take longer depending on several factors, such as:
- Channel speed
- Connectivity issues
- System load
Example 1: Calendar channel delays
Due to the way calendar channels work, it can take an hour or more for a calendar channel booking (such as from Airbnb) to arrive into myallocator. This delay is due to how calendar channels function.

Example 2: Booking.com
For Booking.com however, most bookings arrive within a few minutes.
What to do if you don't see a booking in myallocator?
If you are missing a booking in myallocator, or if it took longer than you expected to arrive, please create a ticket to our support team with the following information:
- Channel Name
- Channel Booking ID
- Date the booking was placed
- Time the booking was placed
- Booking confirmation email or PDF file
With the above information, we will be able to research the issue.
