Some channels include the guest address as part of the booking process, and pass that address along to the channel manager. This can be helpful to hotels, especially when using a PMS.
Per Expedia's support as of June 24, 2016:
We do not require the guest to provide their address/information when booking. As such, not all bookings will include the address (street, zip code, city).
As for the billing address/information, we also do not require this information on a hotel collect booking. That is why "any street" and "any city" is showing because that is what we insert when the guest chooses to leave it blank.
