Background: In the past various OTA's were complaining to ResNexus customers and support regarding the many updates daily. This was easily triggered as everytime a property reached a particular threshold.

Action:  At the request of the various OTA's ResNexus deactivated the functionality to send yielded rates to myallocator to stop the numerous updates to the OTA's

Resolution: At this time ResNexus support does not have a timeline for if and when this feature will be reinstated. For further questions on this situation or how to handle contact ResNexus support.
