In the event that you want to change or simply disconnect your PMS from your myallocator account, follow the steps below
Before proceeding, be aware that once you disable the PMS, any requests (inventory data, room management, booking import, etc.) will be rejected.
The PMS will not be able to update anything inside myallocator unless you enable them again.
On your myallocator account
- Click on 'PMS Connections'
- Under 'Active Connection' section click on 'Disable'
- Confirm the action
