How to connect Cleartrip with myallocator

This article will show how to setup Cleartrip to connect with myallocator.

Step 1. If you do not have an account yet with Cleartrip, click here to setup your property with them first:


Step 2: Locate your Cleartrip Hotel ID



2.1 Login to your Ctrip Extranet


2.2 Copy Your Hotel ID from the URL bar of your browser

Example: 1234567


Step 4: Connect the channel in myallocator

4.1 Log into myallocator by Cloudbeds


4.2 Click on Manage and then Channels


4.3 Click "Add Channel"


4.4 Select Cleartrip

  1. Scroll down to the "Other Channels" Section
  2. Click CleartTrip

4.5 Enter your Hotel information

  1. Enter the Hotel ID from Step # 2.2 Above
  2. Enter your registered email address (the email you registered with ClearTrip)
  3. Click Enable

4.6 Thank you for enabling ClearTrip. We'll contact you soon regarding further steps.

Once you see this screen, it means that we have contacted Cleartrip on your behalf.  We have requested that Cleartrip enable myallocator as your channel manager.

The next step is to wait for confirmation from myallocator.

Note: this process can take up to a week to complete.  Please be patient as Cleartrip reviews and approves your request.


4.7 Wait for an email from myallocator

Wait for an email from myallocator.  Once your account has been approved by Cleartip, you will receive an email similar to the one below:

ClearTrip is ready to be mapped


4.8 Log into myallocator by Cloudbeds


4.9 Click on Manage and then Channels


4.10 Click Ready for Mapping next to ClearTrip


4.11 Click Next

Your Hotel information is already stored.  Click Next to proceed.


4.12 Map your rooms together

4.13 Optional: Enter a Base Rate Adjustment (if desired)

4.14 Channel Setup is Complete


Step 5: On your channel summary page you’ll be able to see that setup for the channel has been completed successfully.


Step 6: Save Changes and Refresh your Myallocator Account

Note: This will erase any rates and availability which were on the channel before. Only do this once you have added the availability of this channel to your inventory.

  1. Click to go to the "Availability" screen
  2. Click Full Refresh
  3. Start Refresh

All of your Rates & Avaialbility will be sent to ClearTrip now that the channel setup process has been completed.
