Atraveo Error - The login details you provided are incorrect. Please update your channel details.
This article discusses the error "The login details you provided are incorrect. Please update your channel details" when attempting to setup the Atraveo channel inside of myallocator.
The Atraveo OTA/Channel has two extranets:
- Old Extranet
- New Extranet
Compatible Extranet version
If you have the newer Extranet, it will look like this. This type of Extranet is compatible with myallocator
Incompatible Extranet Version
The incompatible extranet version looks something like this:
If your Atraveo extranet is the older, incompatible version, you will not be able to manage Atraveo with myallocator.
To solve this, you must contact Atraveo directly and request to be migrated to the new Extranet version.
Note: Atraveo does not have a timeline on when properties will be migrated to the new Extranet version. Your only option is to contact Atraveo and ask to be migrated as soon as possible.
