Cozystay is the first offshore vacation rental platform targeting global departures from China and local Chinese vacationers. Your listing will be advertised globally and throughout China and with greater exposure with our Asian travel industry partners C-trip, Tujia, Xiaozhu, Mafengwo, Caissa and more.
If you do not have an account with Cozystay yet, you can create an account from within myallocator using our Express Registration feature.
Create and connect a new Cozystay account from within myallocator
Before proceeding, ensure that the following fields are correctly populated on myallocator, or Cozystay account setup will be delayed:
- Full Property Address (Street, City, Country)
- Property type
- Property Website URL
- Property Contact Email
- Default Currency
- All Property and Room level descriptions, images, and details
- Geolocation (Latitude / Longitude)
Once you confirmed that all the above details are correct, log into myallocator and click on 'Manage'
- Select 'Channels'
- Click on 'Add Channel'
- Search for Cozystay and click on 'Not setup'

- Click on 'Create new account on Cozystay' if you don't have one yet
If you have an existing account on Cozystay go to section 'Connect an existing Cozystay account to myallocator' below

- Select YES (recommended) to 'Would you like your inventory to be sent to the channel after the connection is established?'
- Accept terms & conditions
- Click on 'Create Cozystay account'
On this step, the system will display your Username, Password and Cozystay ID that have been created for your Cozystay account

- Please store your credentials for future reference
- Someone from Cozystay will contact you in the coming days with next steps
- Your listing must be approved by Cozystay audit team
- Approvals may take 1 business day

- In another window, navigate to your Cozystay extranet, create your listings and confirm your property details:
- listing details
- listing photos
- account's billing information
One listing on Cozystay corresponds to one room type in myallocator
For example, if you have 5 room types in myallocator - you need to create 5 listings on Cozystay.
After confirming registration on Cozystay, return to your myallocator page
- Click on 'Channels'
- Click to access 'Cozystay' mapping
Since you have created the Cozystay account within myallocator, it will automatically input your UUID and Token.
Click on 'Next' to continue

- Map one myallocator room type to one room type on Cozystay. Click on 'NEXT' to save and continue

- Enter a discount or an increase of your base rate for this specific channel. Do not enter your default room rate here (In most cases, this can be left blank)

You're done! It's strongly advised to send a full refresh now to make sure that availability and rates are fully updated on the channel.
- In order to activate it, you need to have the following box checked and then click on 'BACK TO OVERVIEW'

Connect an existing Cozystay account to myallocator
On your Cozystay dashboard, obtain your 'UUID' and 'Token':
- Under 'My Listings' section, click on 'Price Calendar'
- Select Sync Calendar > 'Channel Manager'
- Copy both UUID and Token - they are the same on any of the listing within one account


- Go to your myallocator account and click on 'Channels'
- Click on 'Add Channel'
- Search for Cozystay and click on the 'Not Setup' button
- Click on 'I have an account on Cozystay'


- Enter your Cozystay UUID and Token and click on 'Next'

- Map one myallocator room type to one room type on Cozystay

- Enter a discount or an increase of your base rate for this specific channel. Do not enter your default room rate here (In most cases, this can be left blank).

You're done! It's strongly advised to send a full refresh now to make sure that availability and rates are fully updated on the channel.
- In order to send a full refresh, you need to have the following box checked and then click on 'BACK TO OVERVIEW'
