Connecting myallocator with Ostrovok

Starting June 2018 there is no need to send the connection request to echannel-support@ostrovok.ru. The hotelier can connect his property/properties to the Channel manager in his Extranet by himself.

Step 1. Connect Ostrovok to myallocator from Ostrovok Extranet

  1. The hotelier needs to log on to the Extranet https://extranet.ostrovok.ru, using his login and password
  2. To go to tab «Hotel» then «General Info»
  3. To find new block «Channel manager» at the bottom of the page
  • If the hotelier wants to connect the property for the first time: choose the name of the channel manager from the drop-down menu.
  • If the hotelier wants to change channel manager: press the button «Deactivate», then choose the name of the channel manager from the drop-down menu.

Step 2. Connect Ostrovok inside myallocator

1. In myallocator go to Channels page

2. Click 'Add Channel'

3. Search for 'Ostrovok' and click 'Not Setup'

4. Proceed with the mapping process
