How to connect to myallocator

Step 1 - Getting Started

    Go to Step 2
Step 2 - Select/Enable myallocator as Channel Manager at

To enable myallocator (channel manager by Cloudbeds) as your channel manager, contact your account manager or send an email to to request your credentials (Hotel ID and Password) to be used on the next steps.

Once confirms that your account is connected, you may start the mapping process from myallocator side. Please refer to Step 3 below to proceed.

Step 3 - Start mapping in myallocator
  1. Go to myallocator and open Channels tab
  2. Click on Add Channel and search for channel
  3. Click on the Not Setup button to proceed
  1. Enter your Username and Password - the credentials should be provided by (refer to step 2 above)
  2. Click Next to continue
  1. Select rooms from the drop down which correspond to myallocator (channel manager by Cloudbeds) rooms and click NEXT when completed.

  1. Optional - Add Base Rate Adjustment for each room type if needed. Click NEXT when completed or if you want to skip.
