It means that you promise the channel to sell a certain number of rooms/beds with them, usually in return for a better ranking in their search. It also means that we cannot close availability for those days even if you're fully booked. There is nothing myallocator can do in that case as the channel will not accept the update no matter what we do.  We recommend to talk to your channel's account manager to get the contracted allotment removed as it can easily lead to overbookings.
