How to connect Thermal to myallocator
Step 1 - Getting Started

If you do not have an account at Thermal:
Send an email to the Thermal Support Team, and request them to create an account for you.

If you do have an account at Thermal:
Go ahead and proceed with Step 2.
Step 2 - Start mapping Thermal in myallocator
- Click on Manage.
- Access the Channels tab.
- Click Add Channel.
- Search for Thermal in the channels list and click on Not Setup to start the connection process.
- Enter your Thermal Hotel ID and password, provided by the Channel Support. Email guide@thermal.travel if you don't have this information.
- Click NEXT.
- Select and map the Thermal rooms from the drop-down menu so they correspond to your myallocator rooms.
- Click NEXT.
- Add Base Rate Adjustment for each room type if needed.
- Click NEXT when completed, or if you want to skip this step.
- Keep the box on this page checked to perform a Full Refresh and send rates/availability from Cloudbeds PMS to Thermal.
Once you have completed the mapping, you’re all set! Email guide@thermal.travel to inform them, and they will confirm that the room information matches up.
