Hello everyone!
While it is possible to download new bookings from channels into myallocator once the connection is established, it is not possible to download "past" or "prior" bookings.
This limitation has several factors, including the fact that most channels do not allow the download of past bookings into another system.
To work around this, please make sure that either your PMS or your Availability page in myallocator has the accurate inventory count for all of your rooms/beds.
