My second most performed activity, after managing day-to-day prices, is managing day-to-day Min/Max LOS. My general Min LOS is 3 nights, however for holidays I'll change that to at least 7 nights. For long weekends I'll change it to 4 nights. If I have a night or two between reservations I'll change the Min LOS to 1 or 2 nights. This way I can ensure very high occupancy rates every month.
What's most frustrating with Cloudbeds' calendar is, unlike Booking.com or Expedia, there's no way to see and/or edit my set LOS in the calendar -- I can only see and change day to day price, and going into the "Rates & Availability" section and changing LOS day-to-day is next to impossible. That's a problem because unless I manage LOS properly, on weeks I have a high demand for uninterrupted two-week stays, I'll get someone who books my room for 3 nights and I end up losing lots of revenue.
Can you please add this feature to the calendar? Price and LOS are the two most important variables to my business and only having quick access to one is like operating my hotel with one hand tied behind my back. For my business, not being able to effectively manage LOS outweighs the benefits Cloudbeds brings me.
